Change the Mindset, Change the Officer, Change the Industry

At Sigma Security Concepts we seek a change in the industry through training. To do that we must first change the mindset of the individual officer. But what exactly does that mean?

Based on the industry's turnover rate we believe the average security officer is operating under the mindset of compliance as opposed to commitment. Through training, and in collaboration with the employer, we seek to shift the mindset of the officer to commitment; commitment to both themselves as a professional and to your values as a service provider.

The training provided also satisfies BSIS re-certification requirements. Take a look at our services and training topics below.
