As of January 1, 2024, the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) requires that at least half of Power to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force training be given in person through traditional classroom instruction. Do not be misled by training providers that offer the entire Guard Card and bi-annual continuing education coursework online.
